At Unnaaty we carefully gift wrap all our products using eco-friendly materials.
Each of our shipments are sent out in mailing bags or cardboard boxes depending on the size of the order.
The normal dispatch time is 3-5 working days from the point of order confirmation. We always work hard to dispatch sooner than that whenever possible. Any orders received on weekend or public holiday will be processed the next working day.
Incase of pre-launch or custom orders, the lead-time will be mentioned on the product page or the order confirmation email and that would be applicable in place of the normal lead-time of 3-5 working days.
We use Royal Mail and DHL as our logistic support partners. At present we ship our products using the 48 hour Tracked service and DHL express service for all the shipments with the U.K. and Royal Mail International Tracked or Signed service and DHL worldwide service provided by the companies.

Royal Mail and DHL are third parties to Unnaaty Limited. We do not take any responsibility for delay in shipment delivery at their end. Please visit their respective websites to check their business policies in this regards.
At present we ship our products to all parts of the U.K., 26 European Countries and some specific countries abroad. Please find the list on our FAQ page. We will soon start shipping to the other parts of the world. Please check the policy for an update on our shipping territories.

We provide free standard shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours) to the U.K. on all orders worth £50 or above (Exclusive of VAT). You have an option to choose between this offer or a DHL express delivery service (Charged as normal) on the cart page.
Please note: Additional taxes or custom duties may apply on deliveries outside EU. You will need to cover these at the time of delivery.
We at Unnaaty hope that you will love your purchase however, if you would like to return the products for any reason, write an email to us at email@example.com within 14 days of the product been delivered to you and a member of our team will be there to assist you throughout the process and make it hassle free for you at every step.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we would not be able to offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned because of their intimate or sanitary nature for example, earrings.

To complete your return, we would require a receipt or proof of purchase attached to the return request email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we would advise you to first check with your bank and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
In case you have received any product that is defective or damaged, write to us at email@example.com within 7 working days from the date of delivery and we will be happy to send a replacement if the same product is in stock. If the product to be replaced is not available, we would offer an option of gift-card or refund for the defective or damaged product.
To exchange the product, you should mail it to: Unnaaty, 109-117, University House, Middlesex Street, London, GB, E1 7JF, United Kingdom.
We will send out the replacement within 3-5 working days from the date of receipt of the items to be exchanged. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary and we would notify you about it on the exchange confirmation email.
Incase of refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the products to be exchanged.
If you opt for a gift-card, it will be sent to your email address within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the products to be exchanged.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Please Note – You are responsible for the products until those are delivered to us. We would recommend using tracked postal service while returning the products. If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
