We at Unnaaty are taking extra precautions to ensure that your orders are delivered safely. We are disinfecting the packing station and all the products that go in the parcel on a regular basis.
Our Christmas cut-off date is 23:59 GMT on the 16th December 2021 for 2nd class standard service via Royal Mail and 23:59 GMT 19th December 2021 for 1st class service via Royal Mail. Since things are uncertain at the moment, we have decided to leave a few days as buffer for things to be delivered well in time however, it will be difficult for us to guarantee on-time delivery with the standard service considering there are sever delays that we have been experiencing off-late.
We would recommend using the express service to ensure you receive your order before Christmas.
We have also extended the return window from 14 to 180 days. This would ensure that if in case you don't like anything that you order, you have enough time to send it back to us for a hassle free refund. You may read our return policy here.
